100 athletes are qualified from Category A-H as follows:
|Athletes positioned 1-4 in the general qualification standing.
If an athlete is qualified from A and one or more other categories; the qualification from A has
the highest priority.
|Athletes positioned 5-8 in the general qualification standing.
If an athlete is qualified from B and one or more other categories; the qualification from B has
the highest priority.
|The 45 highest positioned athletes in the general qualification standing, not already qualified
from one of the categories A or B.
|Athletes positioned 1-6 in a separate standing including squad 1-4.
If an athlete is qualified from D and any other category, the next positioned in the D standing
|Athletes positioned 1-3 in the Desperado Squad.|
The division of qualified athletes in final steps
The 4 athletes from Category A will start the final in step 3, seeding 1-4.
The 4 athletes from Category B will start the final in step 2.
The 27 highest positioned athletes in Category C will bowl in Group 1 of the final step 1.
The 18 lowest positioned athletes from category C, the 6 athletes from Category D and the 3
athletes from Category E (in total 27 athletes) will bowl in Group 2 of the final step 1.
Final Step 1
54 athletes will play 3 games, starting from scratch.
Athletes positioned 1-28 are qualified for the final step 2.
Athletes positioned 29-54 will be ranked 37-62 according to their position in the final step 1.
Final Step 2
32 athletes will play 3 games, starting from scratch.
Athletes positioned 1-12 are qualified for the final step 3, seeded 5-16.
Athletes positioned 13-32 will be ranked 17-36 according to their position in the final step 2.
Specifications for the remaining part of the final
Each step will consist of matches, decided over 2 games total pin fall.
The highest seeded athlete will meet the lowest seeded athlete; the second highest seeded athlete will meet the second lowest seeded athlete etc.
Athletes will keep their seeding numbers in the remaining steps of the final.
Final Step 3
8 winners will continue to the final step 4.
8 losers will be ranked 9-16 according to their seeding.
Final step 4
4 winners will continue to the final step 5.
4 losers will be ranked 5-8 according to their seeding.
Final Step 5
2 winners will continue to the final step 6.
2 losers will be ranked 3-4 according to their seeding.
Final Step 6
The loser will be ranked 2.
The winner will be ranked 1.
Senior Finals Qualification Criteria
The top 4 seniors based on their ranked position after the Final Step 5, or their position in the general qualification standing, for those not qualified through to the final steps, will be seeded 1-4 for the Senior Semi Finals.
In the event that a senior athlete has also qualified for Final Step 6 then this place will go to the next senior based on the qualification criteria.
Senior Semi Final
2 matches, 2 games total pin fall to count.
2 winners will continue to the Senior Final.
The 2 losers will be ranked 3-4 in the senior-standing according to their seeding.
1 match, 2 games total pin fall to count.
The loser will be ranked 2 in the senior-standing.
The winner will be ranked 1 in the senior-standing.
Tournament tie rules
The highest positioned athlete will be the athlete scoring the highest last game. If a tie still
exists, the highest positioned athlete will be the athlete with the highest second last game etc.
A tie influencing who will qualify for the first final step will be broken by playing a 9th and 10th frame roll off, repeated until the tie is broken.
Final Step 1-2
Ties influencing who will qualify for the next final step will be broken by playing a 9th and 10th frame roll off, repeated until the tie is broken. In all other tie situations in step 1-2, a procedure similar to the procedure for the qualification will be followed.
Final Step 3-6 and Seniors Semi-Finals and Final
In case of a tie in a match, a one ball roll off on a full set of pins will be played, repeated until the tie is broken.
The highest game
If the highest game is scored by more than one athlete, the prize will be split equally among these athletes.

Randomly done by the organizer.

2-4 per pair depending on squad sizes.
